Terms and Conditions – Vovk Felix Apartments 1. Reservations Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed once the booking process has been completed and confirmation has been issued. Guests must provide accurate contact and booking information. 2. Payments The total accommodation price and any applicable charges are displayed during the booking process. Payment must be completed according to the conditions shown at the time of booking. 3. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the rate and policy selected during booking. The applicable conditions are displayed before the reservation is confirmed. Refunds, where applicable, are processed through the original payment method. 4. Check-in and Check-out Check-in is available from 3:00 PM (15:00). Check-out is required by 11:00 AM (11:00). Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon prior agreement and subject to availability. 5. Guest Registration All guests must complete the required online registration before receiving access codes and detailed check-in instructions. Guests must provide accurate information as required by Czech regulations. 6. House Rules Smoking inside the apartments is prohibited. Parties and events are not permitted. Guests must respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and take reasonable care of the accommodation and its equipment. 7. Damage and Liability Guests are responsible for damage caused by them or members of their group, except for normal wear and tear. Any additional charges must be reasonable, justified, and consistent with applicable law. Vovk Felix Apartments is responsible for providing accommodation in accordance with the confirmed reservation and applicable legal requirements. 8.
